All advertising rates for VILLAGE VOICE are designed to ensure that even the most modest business can afford to promote itself’ All rates quoted here are per edition and multiple insertions can either be spread across different editions in the same month or in the same edition over subsequent months.

All these advertisements are available in FULL COLOUR. There is no reduction for BLACK & WHITE advertisements booked on the covers.

GENERAL

There is no VAT to pay.

All rates include our FREE design service for your ad.

All advertising is charge monthly on publication. We do not ask for payment in advance.

All invoices are payable within 7 days.

Any advertiser booking a series of advertisements and then cancelling part way through the run will be surcharged for the discounts already given.

We ALWAYS seek to recover bad debts no matter how small through the County Court. We reserve the right to publicise any court order that we are granted.

All advertisers will be included on this website for up to three months after their advertisement has appeared in the magazine. There is no cost for this service.

All advertisements created using our FREE design service remain our copy-right and may not be used in other publications without our permission.

The sizes for each advertisement is:
QUARTER PAGE    -    89mm (h) x 64mm (w)
HALF PAGE           -    89mm (h) x 131mm (w)
                                   or 184mm (h) x 64mm (w)
FULL PAGE           -    184mm (h) x 131mm (w)
CENTRE PAGES    -     186mm (h) x 283mm (w)

Artwork can be accepted in Word, Microsoft Publisher, PDF, JPG, TIFF or PNG formats (others by arrangement).

INSERTS

We also accept leaflets to be inserted in VILLAGE VOICE. The cost is £35.00 per 1000 (minimum of 100) for A5 sized leaflets. Please note, however, that as our circulation areas change each month if you would like them distributed in a specific area we may need up to one month’s notice to ensure that we can guarantee delivery in your chosen area.
